Food System Microbiomes International Conference is the key event organised by the MicrobiomeSupport Association.
The first Food System Microbiomes Conference was held in Torino, Italy in May 2024 and addressed burning issues in the food systems (like fertilizer crisis, animal welfare, antibiotic resistance, food quality, circularity and dietary transition) for which microbiomes can offer solutions). During the conference, great scientific advances were showcased, and knowledge gaps and implementation needs were identified.
